I live on the complete opposite side of time and I make it a point to drive to the Broadway Jiffy Lube. They have an amazing staff, very friendly, very quick and they know how to get the job done right. The mangers there, Jordan and Scotty are very professional and friendly. Definitely got my returning service.
If I could give negative stars I would. When changing a differential fluid you would think the fill plug would have been removed to ad more fluid. (mechanic verified it had never been removed) Then when your car breaks down they say you drove too many miles. 15,000.
I swear jiffy lube just doesn't like to check tires any more. You know I thought i would give jiffy lube another try try a different store because you know 1 bad bird should mean the whole flock is bad . Well I went to ask them if I could get air in my tires . I was greeted by a Tech named Jordan. Pretty sure I heard more no's out his mouth then yes even offered to pump air my self Even said I could drive to the front to make it easier . This place is Great! The owner is friendly and professional. I've never had a problem with their service. I will continue going here for all of my oil changes.
UPDATE- the marketing manager devan was excellent on fixing this issue. my only thing is i shouldnt have had to go through this to get it fixed but devan made it right. thank you. VERY PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Samuel checked my breaks and was nice and showed me and explained to me the issue. never got a quote on how much to fix, BUT the BIG thing was that he broke a lug not on my tire, given it wasnt done right before i came to you so that wasnt their fualt but it did break on their workeers doing. I went to have a new chip in my window filled. They filled it very quickly and inexpensively, but when I asked if it was covered by my comprehensive insurance no one was interested in looking into the issue. When I asked if the work was guaranteed, I received the answer, "I'm not sure," from not one but two employees. Went away feeling unsure of everything.
