Every time I’ve been there they’ve treated me like family. They always make sure I’m taken care of and reassure I’m in good hands :)
I’ve always been skeptical of using Jiffy Lube’s I’ve always assumed that they are quick in and out and on quality service. However when I visited this particular location the employee that helped me his name was Scotty and he went above and beyond what is required of him. Not only did he help me pick the right products he was able to explain the differences for me to help me make an informed decision.
Scotty if very friendly and kicks ass. I will for sure be back for service. Thanks all

I don't live in Idaho falls anymore, but over 4 years and 3 different vehicles I've always been willing to drive to the opposite side of town for the staff here.
