Unethical business practices! I would give them zero stars if I could. I had money down on a truck and had approved financing through them. The financing approval was a rate that was a bit higher than expected so I asked them what we could do to get the rate down. They told me that they needed money down (which they never originally asked for). Brought a 2020 Mitsubishi 0utlander on 6/16/25! The vehicle had to be returned on 6/17/24 because there was a vibration in the front at a certain speed. They said bring back on Monday, so I did after taking it to a tire expert. The findings were the tires were severely worn with a manufacturer date of 2019, however they were so Shiney you could not tell the true condition at time of purchase. Spent 10 hours in the dealership passed from one person to the next, bought a 2021 Chevy equinox, worth 15k. The price was 25k. , they are rippping me off, now after almost 7 months on time payments of 609. I am not able to refinance because of being so far upside down, they swindled a disabled veteran into a very bad deal.

I can't say enough good things about ****! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. Numa, my sales associate, was knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to my needs. I highly reccomend Jacobs Mitsubishi and salesman *******, ******* went over and above to insure the transaction went smoothly as i am in *******. I highly reccomend that potential customers see *******. He is highly knowledgable, outstanding communication. I purchased my vehicle online and had it shipped to *******. Poor experience with Gladstone Mitsubishi. I purchased a used ******** ************ 2014 in May of this year. The car was advertised as including a stereo system in pictures, which ended up not being included and they refused to adjust pricing.All of this aside- my main concern is that the back door would not open upon purchase. I shared the issue ( and a few other concerns) with my sales assistant and was told to bring it in so that the repairs could be made- awesome. Without warning I got a door contact alarm! I drive to Gezon right away because I read that it could affect my parking brake and not be able to release it. They ordered the Parts on Thursday afternoon with an expected three day for receiving it! The part came in a little early I they fixed my car a day early.Thanks Gezon!

Do not go here! Bad service, horrible people, and worse vehicles. Not professional at all. I was looking for a truck and was promised good condition, the reality was that it was damaged from each angle. Very disappointing experience and wasted whole day of our working hours. If zero stars were possible, this is what they deserve.
