Absolutely excellent service from start to finish! The customer service was a solid 10/10 — Jack was incredibly helpful with offering recommendations and really took the time to make sure everything was right for us. Both Jack and Joe did a fantastic job with the flooring — the work was finished to a very high standard, and they left the property clean and tidy. Couldn’t be happier with the results. Would highly recommend the team at JHF Carpets and Flooring!

Brilliant all round from quote to completion of the job. Fitted flooring in my whole house top to bottom to a high standard was a big job and they worked tidy. Jack's advice and service from the start was honest and knowledgeable. What I loved was having ample samples of all sorts of flooring provided not having to go out to shop! Ran into a few issues once old floor was taken up which cannot be forseen but all was resolved efficiently and properly could have easily turned a blind eye. We would highly recommend Jack and the team who came to install flooring for us. They worked efficiently, whilst keeping us in the loop of each stage, so we could continue as normal in the house and they kept everything as clean as possible. They offered various options when there were decisions to be made, and were very friendly and considerate. We would definitely use their services again - thank you!

Jack and the team replaced our flooring with LVT and underfloor heating. Their work ethic was professional with the approach of getting job done right and were happy to rectify any issues without any complaint. This is second time we have used JHF Flooring and would definitely use them again.
