I happened to see an Ad from these guys online regarding being overcharged in a previous case. I already knew that I had been. Whilst it took quite some time to be resolved and the amount received was substantially less than the sum initially expected (through no fault of JG but instead the overloaded ombudsman and their final decision) I was always kept updated by Georgia and am grateful and happy with the outcome.
