As a first time buyer it was all very confusing however the staff at JG Sawyers where extremely helpful and guided me through the whole process, no matter how many times I rang them they were always happy to deal with my request quickly and efficiently. Even after I had purchased my new flat and I had to ring during with a couple of queries it was never a bother.
