This review is not for Dr. Chou, it is about her office staff, specifically a team member named Ibette G. I called to schedule an appointment and, when given the date, I simply asked to confirm whether it reflected my primary care doctor’s urgent request and to clarify whether a separate ultrasound needed to be scheduled before my visit. My first time meeting Dr Chou and she was really easy to talk to. She started out by reviewing my file, asking questions about my health, and provided suggestions on things I should consider doing to improve. She then explained what will happened during the examination. Overall a good doctor visit.

Dr. Jeyling Chou is wonderful. During the visit she paid attention and listened to my concerns. She explained my condition and treatment options in detail, performed a minor procedure, provided me with a PT referral.
