I popped in to Jewel "on spec" as I was having difficulty in finding help to return my solar power installation back into normal operation. David Asford was most helpful in identifying suitable online media that pointed me in the right direction for reconncting it to the Internet and the grid and, most importantly, was able to speak with the UK supplier of the equipment so that they could take the final step of restarting it.

Great customer service. After the initial quote and standard negotiation we agreed a competitive price (vs other suppliers), and even bundled in a car charger. Install was very professional and I am delighted with the equipment and results. 10 panels, battery and a car charger, all seamlessly working together to deliver KwH to my home, direct from the solar panels. And the excess either tops up the battery or gets sold back to the grid! Remarkable, and works without a hitch!
