Great big thanks to Jake today for sorting out our shared drain problem. He worked so hard, entirely on his own, checking out several chambers of our neighbours out the back of us. He was here for about 4 hours and very informative, respectful and friendly throughout the whole process. I would say he is a real credit to your company! Paula and Dave, Langley Moor, Durham

Called the waterboard regarding blocked drains, Neil and Billy came out less than an hour later from Jet Aire Darlington. They worked for over 2 hours tracing bungalows on my block to find where the blockage was coming from. They kept me informed, couldn't praise these men highly enough, curtious, polite and well informed. Cleared the blockage. Fantastic company.

they've shown up on our street at half midnight and they're making a massive racket. I wasn't the one who hired them but I'm unfortunately the one who has to hear them.

I was called out lastnight by one of our customers to attend a HMO property in middlesbrough. We worked with 2 guys from jet aire that had been sent out via Northumberland water to find and dig out access chambers that somebody had decided to concreted over inside a rear extension. Both lads that came out were absolutely spot on and couldn't do enough to help get the problem sorted.
