Very poor service. Rude and uncaring receptionist and really hard to get an appointment. Receptionist very incompetent.
Just like every other practise not interested in your health just get told all the time ring back in a couple weeks great when your diabetic unbelievable I moved to these thinking they be better how wrong was I
Had a seizure 7 week ago, Had no reply to any of the tests I've had
Tried to call to inform them I was running late for a health check appointment and was number 4 in the que when I actually arrived. I finally got to the 30 minute appointment 13 minutes late (due to unexpected road works) and was stood in line for 3 minutes (still on hold). I understand I was late but I did not miss my appointment.
