We had trouble with our hot water and called up their offices. They sent someone out straight away and he arrived in 7 minutes and fixed the problem within seconds. Top class service.

I am currently staying in one of their properties and whenever I have a problem they are always quick to respond and, if necessary, send their maintenance engineer who is very knowledgeable and helpful, ready to explain the cause of issues, the work he completes, and how to avoid recreating issues in the future.
I lived in one of the accommodations of Jesmond Property Shop in Shieldfield Newcastle for 6 months (my partner stayed for a year). It was King’s Court Flat 7 and everything was just perfect. The flat had two spacious bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and a bathroom that was quite good as well. I loved the apartment and its layout and can say that it has been my best stay in Newcastle.
