I've had very good experiences with Dr Cruz. I have been her patient for at least 5 years and she is always professional and makes sure I agree what tests are being done if needed and that I understand the reason them. In my experience she is concerned with the nutrition and exercise of her patients and that is important to me in a MD.

Dr. Cruz is amazing. She will look at your overall health. She return phone calls. Very kind. She is very professional.

I have never experienced the level of disrespect and lack of knowledge from an M.D. It's truly disgraceful to have such a mean-spirited person slithering around the Medical Practice. Dr.Jesenia Cruz may have completed her P.H.D....But, unfortunately she never learned the simple act of kindness. So sad.

Decent doctor but is text book in some areas of treatment for some diseases. I caution against any dr who tells someone with a medical condition they do not need a physical every year. She needs to learn to recommend her patients to a specialist when she has no expertise in that condition area. I only recommend Jesenia for basic routine health matters.

Dr. Cruz isn't interested in you or your ailments. She has too many patients and never reads your chart before your visit. She will flip flop on her diagnosis and then claim she never diagnosed you in the first place. When you request a referral for a second opinion she will become extremely butthurt about it and say that your request is a reflection on her personally and that you are basically telling her she isn't doing her job.

I have been very pleased with Dr. Cruz. I felt she was patient and thorough. She has called me personally regarding test results.
