Dr. Cruz was very caring and answered all of my questions. She was very helpful in putting together a health plan for my medical needs and concerns.
My husband visited Dr. Cruz in September 2020; he was experiencing jaw pain, headache and earache. Dr. Cruz diagnosed as grinding his teeth. The pain increased severely over the next weeks. He called many times for an appointment, but was put off each time. The most memorable was that Dr. Cruz was too busy, they would call her and ask her if she could see him, but she was out Christmas shopping and may not respond quickly. I have been a patient of Dr. Cruz's for a few years now. She is very thorough, listens to your concerns, and does not hesitate to make referrals or order tests even with a small concern for abnormality. She communicates effectively and timely over the online "MyChart", and has even called me on weekends to check on me during periods of acute illness. I appreciate her care, and I recommend her to family and friends.
