Dr Cruz is very intent on reading her computer screen while conducting her patient interview, and therefore doesn’t listen to the answers the patient gives - I had to continually repeat myself. Didn’t know why she ordered a screening test the previous year. Thank you, Dr Cruz. I’ve been to many doctors in my many years and Dr Cruz stands out above them all! She truly cares about her patients and takes the time necessary to listen and evaluate what steps to take. Her kindness is reflected in all she does! She is a blessing!
I have been bringing my mother there for a long time since before she was at the other practice and Dr Cruz has always taken the time to ask questions and answer any issues. She’s never rushed me out of the office annd always takes the time to explain things and make sure we’re all set.
Dr. Cruz will listen to what you tell her and frame any new information for you so you can understand. She’s a great doctor to have. I’ve been with her for years and I’ve also felt taken care of and understood. She will take the time when she can to really speak to you. I have some medical anxiety and she’s been good with speaking to me regarding it and providing referrals when needed.
Overall I have been happy with Dr Cruz. BMG has done a great job with wait times during appointments and the time allowed with Dr Cruz during appointments is good. Dr Cruz at times does seem harried but she has never let that interfere with a successful appointment.
Had my follow up visit yesterday . Dr J Cruz is very through , prompt takes time discussing all my questions . I highly recommend her . I am glad I made the right choice . Thank You Doc God bless
Dr. Cruz has been my primary care doctor for many years. She’s very knowledgeable, thorough and caring. The staff is also very friendly. Almost zero wait times!! No more growing cob webs in the waiting room!
I loved the fact that she was not rushing me and she was actually listening to my conserns and answering all my questions.
I really appreciate having Dr. Cruz as my doctor. I have been seeing her for over 10 years now and I really like how she takes her time with me and listens when I see her for physicals.
