I was impressed with Dr Cruz from the beginning. I was looking for a new physician as my doctor had retired. She was on vacation when I called the office to set up an appointment, as she was referred to me by one of her patients. When she got home from vacation that night she called me from home to introduce herself and discuss my concerns and my history. Since then she has been on top of blood work and all other issues I have. I am very pleased and I do refer her to my friends and family.
She is always very friendly thorough and actually listens to what you say.
Dr. Cruz possesses a strong medical knowledge base and she is very thorough. Dr. Cruz is well prepared for every visit. She has personally called me in advance of my next visit to discuss bloodwork or any other medical concerns that arose. Dr. Cruz is the best! She has been my doctor for over 10 years now. I had an appointment with her yesterday and is she is honest,caring, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and a straighter shooter, no betting around the bush. Wouldn't trade her to the world!
