Considerate and always listens to my concerns. Never rushes me through visit and always goes through my lab results throughly to make sure nothing is missed
I’ve been seeing Dr Cruz for a long time. She is always very caring and listens to my concerns and questions. She is not quick to put you on a medication, if there are alternatives to try first.
Dr Cruz cares about all us patients and in return we love her for it

Dr Cruz is always thorough and genuinely cares about her patients. Although my kids are now young adults we have all seen her for over 15 years and the consistency in her care for us all has been appreciated (and sadly is rare in healthcare today). The new office is terrific too!
this was my first time meeting Dr Cruz as my primary physician recently retired. she was thorough, went through my previous file, made recommendations for my health, did an eye exam with an imager, and discussed future visits and what to expect.i also met with Erica Copeland. i only have good things to say. I avoided going to the doctor for over a year, even when very sick, because I didn’t want to go see Dr. Cruz and feel shamed. Every medical complaint I had was blamed on my anxiety with no further testing, I had to plead with her to do bloodwork and when she finally found that I had an autoimmune disease she acted as if it was my fault for not advocating for myself more.
