I really loved that they took my Gluten Allergy into consideration. I watched them wipe the counter tops and prepare my sandwich safely so there was no contamination. I really appreciated the manager being understanding and helpful!
Call asked manger please put bacon on side. He got mad 25 dollar.sub had hardly no meat was made with pure anger worst customer experience from this location ever looks like they was so mad just put few bits chicken in middle normaly good but today was worst heres proof of a bread sandwich i had to add mayo was so dry u can see no meat or cheesse 3 inch from back on both sides. So 6 inchs of a giant sub was bread sub should be called plain bread with essence of chicken
Visited twice. First time there, received great customer service with very good food. Liked it so much, I took my mom there. We live about an hour away. Told the guy it was her first time there. We asked for our bread to be grilled or toasted. He looked us in the eye and said okay, but didn't grill or toast either of them. My mom got the chicken, bacon, ranch. I love Jersey Mike’s, they always have excellent customer service and fire sandwiches. Employees are always nice and welcoming!! I look forward to coming back again‼️
