A little while ago I had gotten car jacked and when I got my car back it never felt the same. Jordan bormel made me feel comfortable and really put his all into helping me. Now I have a car that I love and I can put that horrible situation in the past thanks Jordan your awesome!!

Stopped in to look at the Kia sportage advertised on line. Salesman got the key but the battery was dead. When I told him my price range, he rudely got out of the car, said "I can't help you". As he walked back toward the building, he said to another salesperson "That was a waste of time". Don't worrry, I won't waste anymore of your time coming back.
Friendly from the moment I walked it! Herman is the best dealer out there and Mike the manager is AMAZING at what he does! Took all my stress in buying a vehicle away immediately with good news, on top of even better news! Lowest car payment I’ve ever received and this is a 2019 vehicle we’re talking about. 110% recommend this place!

I find this dealership ( Jerrys belair rd.)to be one of those that misleads the consumer, takes advantage and hides cost to make the deal. Then after being questioned shows no accountability and is unyielding as far correcting or addressing the issue. Customer service should ALWAYS be first. I will continue to file complaints, advise ppl of my experience and recommend none. -Shirley Cuffie
