Couldn’t ask for a better experience than what I was given at Jerry’s Toyota. Everyone was so pleasant from the sales staff, to administration and management. They were kind, attentive and really valued my time. I would certainly recommend them to all of my family and friends!

There are no better people to work with than Matt Bukowski and Verlyn Barnes. They were patient, answered every question, didn’t pressure me, and worked to get me the Highlander that I wanted and could afford. This is the second car I have purchased from Matt...he is honest, trustworthy and knows his cars. Not only that, Verlyn brought my car to me. I never even walked into the dealership! Not once (which is heaven to me)!

Tagline of "its about you" is a total joke. Once I bought the car, they didnt care about me at all. In fact they wont call or respond to me after multiple emails including to Toyota corporate. They have bad customer service, break promises, made me take care of everything. Plenty of toyota options in Maryland, go anywhere else...

Bad customer service, the dealership damaged my car, someone STOLE my property out of my car, the dealership will not fix the AC and no one at Jerry's will return my calls.
