I love jerrys toyota, my whole family buys from Jerry Toyota. The customer service is excellent, especially the service that was given by Erick Moskos. Erick Moskos was an exceptional sales representative. He was very nice and sweet , he worked with me to get the best deal possible. He was very pleasant and professional. I helped a friend straighten out a problem that she had with her new Tacoma truck and Jerry's Toyota. It is an excellent truck and there was a small problem with the paint, probably due to a misunderstanding, but after talking to the manager and explaining her side of it, the manager agreed that they would make it right. An excellent resolution to a problem that could have stretched out for weeks. I wish all car dealers would be as honest and truthful.

I had my worst oil change service at this dealership. I found no oil in the engine after oil change service!Worst in the world. PS: To be fair, Jerry’s Toyota did try to help, especially the manager Mike. Considering the whole experience and the last response from Jerry’s Toyota online team, I gave 3 stars.
