The windows were left open while outside of the service bay. Watched my car sit in the rain for a half hour... I had to go ask about it so I could go home. Dropped off before 4:30pm, and left after 6:15pm. That is with an appointment! Update April 26: My wife received a call from the manager and he offered to make this right.

I am the chairperson for the Overlea-Fullerton Girls Softball pragram, which serves girls ages 5-18. A great experience! We received a flier in the mail with a trade-in 'check' that Jerry's honored! They were wonderful from beginning to end. Even when we realized we'd left something behind in the trade (again!), it was no problem to retrieve it. Thanks Jerry's! We love our Highlander!

We told Khalid what we wanted and what we could spend. After making the deal we went to have dinner at a Chinese restaurant. This was in our fortune cookie: "You will get a great deal on a major purchase." We feel extremely happy with our new RAV4.

I had to choose from among a Juke, an HrV, and an iM all in one day. Road tested the Juke, and it was bumpy, the HrV was a smooth ride, the iM was in the middle but had the best fuel consumption and pretty much all the features I need. Verlyn Barnes assissted me from start to finish, paper works, financing, car features and I was done the same day and ready to take home the car.
