Was good when we came in to purchase our minivan. First 2 service maintenance went ok too. 3rd maintenance went downhill. They messed up our passenger seat adjustor... took a month of us following up before they admitted to wrong doing and set up appointment to get our minivan fixed. When we brought it in, they said they had insufficient part and we needed to wait another 5 business days. My purchase of a 2016 XLS Camary from day one till now has been great. My first 5000 mile service was great. Each time I take it in for the free car wash I enjoy a cup of specialty coffee! so what next? My wife a 20 plus year Subaru owner just traded in her car for a 2016 RAV4 XLE AWD she loves it much better then the Subaru. Sh could do a commercial ! The sales Manager Kris Ruhling and his staff are kind and professional !

I would recommend anyone looking for a car to Jerry's! They made car buying a breeze and I was in and hour in less than 2 hours. Took me longer to switch my insurance and test drive my car than it did to buy it. Tom Thomas was AMAZING ! He deserves a raise!

Great experience would and have recommended to others
My GPS said I was in the middle of the Chesapeake Bay at 37,000 miles. It took a bit to figure out the problem but Jerry's found it was a faulty module and went to bat for me with Toyota to get it coverec under the warranty. It took over a week and they provided a loaner car as well. Thank you, George and Ru Anne!
