I worked with Paul Southard. He was patient with all of my questions, showed me many different vehicles by request, and understood that I wanted to go to test drive something else before I made a decision. This was the first car I bought all by myself, and he helped me understand what I could get for my needs and wants. The offerings of the dealership with the service package are second to none. I brought 2018 RAVA 4 , it so nice. My sales person was Khalid DeLagarde, Best Sales person , very professional, straight up guy, very knowledgeable and patience. I have purchase 3 cars from Jerry's and I have been very please with the cars all Camarys and taking them in for service has been a breeze !!! I recommend Khalid if you need a car. He is the best!!!! Everyone that made my sales close was great too, sorry I did not get everyone names .

Worst experience EVER. I’ve had my Lexus truck less than 30 days and am experiencing significant issues. I was told by the Pre-Owned Manager Steve that I needed to take my car to the Lexus dealership and have my car diagnosed at my expense. He was rude and obnoxious, while I was explaining the situation he conducted conversations with staff members in the background. At this point I’m getting my lawyer involved.
