I would recommend against buying a used vehicle from Jerry's. Their communication after the sale with the customer is terrible. Their internal communication between departments is terrible which ends ups causing problems for the customer. The short version is I bought a used truck had to take it back 4days later and they've had it for a week and I don't get any updates unless I call and even then I can't get a straight answer. My daughter just bought a new 2018 RAV 4 XLE and her buying experience was AWESOME! Fletcher Dixon was her salesman and he was wonderful. He didn't pressure her and showed her everything the vehicle had to offer. If you want to get a good deal on a new vehicle, go to Jerry's Toyota on Belair Rd and ask for Fletcher Dixon. Has taken since October when I first purchased to get radio knobs,ok finally arrived December 18th,I went to get them put on the 20th,waited 5 hours only to be told I have be without music for 2 weeks or more or get a loaner for 2 weeks or more while my SUV is shipped to California to be fixed.All of this could had been avoided had Used sales communicated with the service department,I love my car but the service sucks.
