Jerry's (this location)is not about you. They will take any advantage of you that is possible. If you are over the age of 50, or love someone who is, stay away. It will save you the legal fees when you have to sue them, as we are about to. 30 year customer of Jerry's Chevrolet, and had nothing but good service and treatment. The Jerry's management should consider a replacement of senior staff at Jerry's Toyota. Stay away.
Polly and the folks at Jerry’s found out that my girl, who is going through leukemia treatment, had her sights on a very hard to find item. Not only did they find one, which was so unexpected, they gifted it to her as well. Sofia and I thank the wonderfully thoughtful people at Jerry’s for making an eight year old’s day ❤️❤️❤️
Poor customer service, dishonest, and altered documentation on our vehicle to prevent them from being responsible for damage to our car during service. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership.
