Took vehicle in for recall. The person That set my appointment had the worst attitude and was not patient with me when asking for my vin. Very noisy and loud laughing in the background. Asked to speak to her manager and she said she was the manager in the appointment center. Will not recommend nor return to Jerry’s! She said my parts were in for recall then I get there I was greeted by Brooke which was amazing however no parts available. Worst experience ever! Contacting Toyota!

Hi Antonio, We are sorry to hear about this incident. This is not very typical of how we treat our customers. We cannot seem to find this exact name in our system for a manger to call you. What name is the Toyota under? Once we have that we will have a manager call you right away.
They lie and cheat people! avoid them at all cost! they don't fix what they say or do what they say! advise everyone not to buy from this place! avoid Tommy Thomas also he will promise things and back out. the GM of the company is a real work job. He lied and said he was the owner! also said verbal stuff don't hold up. well Maryland laws does honor verbal stuff and I also have everything in text from Tommy. will be taking this place to court! DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Worst buying experience of my life. Run don’t buy. I would rather buy a bike if they were the last dealership on earth. Toyota vehicles are great just don’t buy from them. Bought my truck in 2019 and still dealing with the nonsense. Untrustworthy and only care about taking your money.
