You guys told me that I had a bumper to bumper warranty. Until I need to use it I was told by the extended warranty company that I do not have a bumper to bumper warranty! You need to honor what you sold me. The finance manager is giving me the run around!
Let me preface my review by saying that everyone at Jerry’s was perfectly friendly and nice. The waiting area is also very comfortable—the most comfortable I’ve ever been while waiting for service on my car. However, I waited THREE ENTIRE HOURS for an oil change. I thought making an appointment for a Wednesday afternoon would mean minimal wait time, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Worst service I have ever experienced from the sales team , leadership extremely unprofessional sneaky . The service department is a joke long waits lack of follow up , extremely poor guest service . I would recommend stay far away from this dealership!
I didn’t buy but I had a really nice experience with a recall and a minor concern I had with my car. Everyone was professional, friendly and very accommodating. I felt welcomed even though I had my small child with me which was great.
Everyone at Jerry's Toyota was so friendly, professional individuals. My experience was the best I've ever had at any dealership. No one pressured me about anything and I never felt like I was dealing with "car salesmen." They all also have impressive personal backgrounds which speak to the superior quality of how they do things.
Excellent experience, buying process was upfront and honest. I didn't feel any pressure and received exceptional customer service. I'm highly satisfied with Jerry's Toyota.
