Go with them with complete confidence. Bought a property in Bembridge Harbour. Sue Walters took it on. No stone left unturned. Relentless attention to the tiniest detail. She really displayed complete command over the entire process leading it with professionalism, empathy, accuracy, without compromise and beneath it all, a great person!
Poor communication and interminable delays. Can't speak to anyone on a reasonable timescale and only ever seem to get emails on Fridays. Today they asked for a share certificate that they apparently hold. We've sent them emails, which are followed by requests for information which was already contained in a previous email. And any emails to them autoreply that the email has been received and a response will come in 3-5 working days. I can't wait for this to be over so I never need deal with them again.
Had a horrible experience with conveyancing department a couple of years ago where they actively tried to cover a serious mistake. It shocked us and the estate agent, and had long-lasting repercussions. Do not trust. Incompetent and dishonest. I have evidence and witnesses if they want to refute this.
Wouldn't use anyone else.
