Jeremy McGinn have just completed the sale of my flat in Stratford-upon-Avon. The service I received was excellent. Jeremy has a fantastic feel for the local market and achieved the asking price. The follow up by his team, Laura in particular, was first class, meeting my expectations in terms of timing whilst maintaining clear and supportive communication with our buyer. Unprofessional don’t let you know if your offer has been accepted or not instead get you to make two more offers with no decision or answer and ask to look at your proof of funds even though your offer has not even been excepted . Negotiators are not experienced and have no sales or negotiation skills whatsoever mess you around right left and centre. Dreadful experience i would give zero stars.
