They seem completely uninterested in addressing any issues, no matter how many times you reach out, follow up, and chase. When they do respond, they are rude and unhelpful. It feels like they don't care at all, even when the rules are being breached. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and respectful service.
