Bought a property and used Jephson Legal for conveyancing. Very poor communication from the start of the process which took 8 months with no chain. I asked multiple times for a rough plan as to the needed steps etc.. and was just made to feel like i was being annoying.. would be better if each customer was assigned a contact person instead of calling generic number / email address with sketchy / contradictory / infrequent replies.
