You have now not only cost me a lot of time and money, but now you have probably cost my family a camping trip that was planned months ago. Your service dept failed to put coolant in my vehicle's engine, causing damage to the engine which you will not compensate us for. There were no issues with the engine until we brought it to you. We brought my vehicle to you for regular maintenance and ended up with an absolute mess.
They had a traded in mustang that I bought from them unseen, the sales department was great described the car to me perfectly and Honestly before I drove three hours to pick it up, set me up with a credit application fast and easy. Couldn't be any happier. The entire staff their is full of great people.
I had a recall on my transmission so they rebuilt it last August I have had several issues with it since an I kept taking it back explaining my issues with the transmission an they told me it was fine an it needs to reprogram its self lol.. I took it to CAT an they said there was definitely something wrong with my transmission so I took it to another Chevy dealership to take a look an they found the issues that was wrong with my car..
