I say it's ok because the work was conpleted and correctly. My issue is my past 2 experiences for simple oil change and tire rotations take 2 hours or more. I'm on time for my appointments and even a little early. I don't understand what takes so long and why the wait is so long. I said something about it to the tech that came out to get me when it was finished. I did get an apology, but I feel like my long wait should've earned me at least a discount on the 52.95 oil change and tire rotation. You do a good job, but poor tim... read more
Big Ed was awesome , got me transitioned over to my new 2018 Chevy Colorado with ease ! I picked up my new truck this morning and so far I'm loving the ride , rides like a Cadillac ... Smooth and comfortable ! My husband has a Silverado and the ride still amazes me for a pick up truck , we traded from Ford and the Chevy trucks definitely have Ford beat for comfort and ride ! Thanks again Ed for making my purchase a great experience !
