After searching a few car lots and the internet, my husband and I went to Jennings. What a wonderful experience from working with Big Ed then to Bruce, we left there with a 2015 Equinox! Everyone was great. They even helped with my kids when I needed to do paperwork or switch carseats for test drives. Ed was great and worked over time to help me get into the right vehicle that fit my budget!
Went in to Jennings with my fiance who had $4000.00 cash to put down on a car plus a trade in. Wanted to get the car together, they told us since we weren't married I wasn't allowed to co-sign (complete BS). They were just pissed I talked them down on the price of the vehicle and then hit then with the family discount and the trade in after talking them down. Oh well we left there and went to Hamilton Hyundai. We were in and out of there in a couple hours with a brand new car.. Your loss Jennings!
Excellent to deal with, from sales to service. I would recommend Jennings over and over. My in-laws have dealt with them for years and we just purchased our 2nd vehicle in less than a year. Ask for Rob Myers and tell them I sent you!

If I could do less than one star I would. My fiancé has been talking to a sales rep for the last few days about a truck. We live almost two hours away. He doesn't get very many days off of work- so the one day he does... they make an appointment at 8am for him to look at this truck. So you can imagine the time he got up this morning....He drives two hours and it's SOLD!!?? No ones gives him a courtesy call? Or a simple email? The nicest people to work with and so courteous! Brian Kable is our sales person and such a nice friendly person too.
Jennings offers great customer service and Lester was especially helpful when scheduling our vehicle for service. I would recommend dropping off your vehicle or using their available shuttle service as sometimes waiting for the vehicle is very time consuming. Overall very pleased with this dealership!
