I like my truck, but not the dealership. DO NOT opt for them to send you emails about anything - they pester you to death! I have had my 2018 Colorado almost a year now but it doesn't even have 4,000 miles on it. They have been pestering me monthly since the truck was six months old (maybe 2,500 miles) to get an oil change. Now, I've scheduled an oil change for next week, and they are sending me emails about getting the oil changed. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. I wish I had bought the Tacoma.
After buying a smaller vehicle from a different dealership and it being to small for us, Jennings was able to help us get something bigger for our family!! Thanks again!!!
My family is traveling on I-81 from out of state tonight and started suddenly experiencing car issues in our GMC. Thankfully it happened right at the Chambersburg exit and just .5 mile from this dealership. We rushed into the service center 15 minutes before closing on a Friday. Lester & Jerry were so kind and stayed an extra hour to help diagnose the issue and get us on our way. They misdiagnosed a mechanical problem on my car not once but twice, I paid $1800.00 for repairs , drove my car home, with the same problem. A few days later was told they fixed the wrong thing and could not do a repair now....it was too late. I now was going to need a new engine. Was told by owner that he would make adjustments on a new car, he was going to look for what I wanted and call me in a few days. Two weeks later....no call. Went to look at their cars and noticed a lot of the cars had balloons on them, happened to glance over and in broad daylight I saw what looked like an employee cutting the balloons off a truck and into the sky they went. What kind of professional business does that!
