Have you noticed 8 out of their 9 last reviews are one star? Most businesses, when they notice a huge drop in their average score, will analyse why and fix the root cause. If you google them on companies house almost all the directors have the same surname, strongly indicating that they’re not there on merit but through nepotism. Excellent service and response time
This management company is very irresponsible and uncaring of the people and property that they are supposed to manage. We pay enormous management fees and yet our common areas are suffering from damp walls, damaged fire doors, shabby floors, poor lighting and if there is light, the cheapest of fixtures. The exits and fire doors are unlabeled. Delivery people are always getting lost because the building names are inadequate. I honestly don’t know why they are hired to manage our complex. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. This company has ignored countless emails and calls regarding problems with my tenancy since the start of my tenancy 2 years ago. Unless you're filling the companies pocket with money, you will get the smallest; if any amount of common courtesy or professionalism.
