My visit went very well. The staff was extremely friendly and DR. Norris was great to speak with and very informative about my issue.
I have been going to Dr. Norris' Office for the past 3 years (and was with Dr Thoben before that). As a result, Carson has been my hygienist for 5+ years. While I like and respect Dr. Norris as a dentist, Carson is the #1 Reason (with Ruby and Gani being a close #2) that I love going to the dentist. I laugh more with Carson while he is cleaning and drilling my teeth then I do at a comedy show (and no, laughing gas is not involved). I jumped around to whatever dentist I could find that was convenient until I came across Jennifer Norris a number of years ago and I would never go anywhere else. Top flight care with a great atmosphere and always a pleasant experience...well as pleasant as a trip to the dentist can be. :)
I received a great referral from a coworker who has been going to Dr. Norris for quite some time. From the moment I arrived the staff was courteous and friendly, which immediately put my mind at ease. As I'm sure many will agree, going to the dentist isn't the most looked forward to activity. My cleaning was performed in a timely/thorough manner.
This was my first time needing a crown and Dr. Norris did an excellent job explaining why I needed it, what could happen if I opted out of it and was very honest about the steps in the process. After having a temporary crown then a permanent crown affixed with temporary adhesive, we quickly realized I instead needed a root canal. Following a successful root canal procedure by an outside endodontist, Dr. Norris attached the crown with permanent adhesive. I had a great experience at Dr. Norris'. The hygienist, Carson, was wonderful. He was cordial and didn't hurt my teeth and was willing and able to answer any questions that I had. The same for Dr. Norris. And there was also really great music playing in the background of my appointment
Carson does a fabulous job with teeth cleanings. He is easy to talk to, super gentle, and makes sure that you are comfortable while he is working on your teeth. He actually makes it a pleasant experience!
The staff, Dr. Norris are genuinely polite professional yet down to earth. They give great dental care. There explanation of what's going on inside your mouth is understandable, and theyexplain your bill if yyou don't understand.
