I think this may be the first dentist that has treated me with as much care and respect for my teeth and health as can be humanly possible. I had every single tooth assessed, as well as my method for caring for my teeth. I am confident that she is the dentist for me.

Business response:

Thank you so much for entrusting us with your dental care.

I've been going to Dr. Norris for a few years now. A new hygienist joined in September and she is fabulous. I highly recommend seeing Cynthia. She is warm and personable and does an excellent and thorough job! I'm one of those folks that LOVE to get my teeth cleaned--I think of it as a dental spa. So when I go, I like for the hygeniest to take his/her time and do a thorough job. Cynthia was all of this! Looking forward to my next visit in September. Good job hiring her, Dr. Norris!

Business response:

Thank you Meka for your trust in our practice and we are very pleased that you have enjoyed our services and that you are pleased with our hygenist. We look forward to seeing you in September.

My experiences with Dr. Norris and her team are always positive. Dr. Norris is very meticulous about the work she does. I feel I'm treated as if it's her own mouth she's performing dentistry on. She's extremely caring and sensitive to my reactions in the chair. I recommend Dr Norris to all of my friends and family.

Business response:

Thank you for your kind and positive feedback of our office and we look forward to a continued relationship with you.

Honestly, can't write enough kind words! Professional? Absolutely! Even better, I left thinking, "i'd be friends these people, even!" All the more reason to make it back every 6 months!

Business response:

Thank you so much for your kind words. We look forward to seeing you at your next appointment.

Dr. Norris and her staff is AWSOME! Every visit I have ever had, and I've been a patient for four yrs, I've never had a bad experience. Dr. Norris is friendly and professional. Ruby who is usually my first contact is great. Carson who is usually my hygienist from first visit has always made me feel comfortable I only listen to Gospel music and he put it on on Pandora so I could listen to it during my treatments. Not to much interaction with the others but what little I did have was professional and friendly. Not to mention m... read more

I've been visiting Dr. Norris' office for several years now and the care and service has always been friendly and professional. I am sometimes left wondering why, when receiving my cleanings the feedback is very positive(e.g., "you're doing a really good job cleaning") yet I continue to "need" additional treatments with no further explanation to reconcile the two seemingly opposite messages. If my dental routine seems to be good, why do I continue to need additional treatments? Some sort of explanation or reasoning would be ... read more

Business response:

Thank you for your feedback Mr. Rice. Although we can see that you are doing a great job with your dental routine during the time that you are away from the dentist, there are things that happen in life that can cause decay although you are cleaning your teeth everyday. Different foods/drinks are contributing factors, also life changes are contributing factors as well. I do apologize that this was not explained to you at the time of your visit but hopefully this will shed some light on why it could be things that arise. Also... read more
