Dr. Norris and staff are great. My office visits are always enjoyable. In and out in no time.

Love Dr Norris and her whole team. I always feel well cared for and Dr. Norris very friendly and attentive. Ruby at the front desk is a pleasure. I have had some insurance troubles in the past (they always say no before they relent) and she has worked diligently to get them worked out. I have sent 5 friends to her and they have all felt the same.
Dr. Norris is very skilled and personable. I have had multiple crowns and issues from other dentists. I like the way she does the least invasive procedure and the crowns she has done for me fit perfectly. Her team is wonderful and competent as well. Ruby the front office person, always explains the financial and insurance pieces to me so I understand what is covered and what I will pay for out of pocket. I also love my dental hygienist there. she's always so great and Ruby is so nice on the phone. They are flexible and all in all just do a great job. I live in MD and work in VA and have no reason to come to Dupont but do so because of Dr. Norris and Co.
