Jenny is a really experienced practitioner and I felt the pain relieving benefits of Alexander technique on my back problems right away.
Jenny helped me greatly when I had Alexander Technique lesson and treatment through her. She has excellent knowledge and I would highly recommend. I did not know much about AT before and I was surprised what a difference it made. I'm a therapist in a different field and think it would benefit a lot of people in learning to use their body more effectively and for management of physical stress.
