My Mom's been in Jenner Court for nearly two years now and absolutely loves it. She has her own modern flat which overlooks a garden and the other facilities of the large lounge, outside seating area, dining area, laundry and scooter store are well maintained and well used. We purchased a flat in Jenner Court some 7 + years ago. We were interested in the Assisted Care which was on offer as we required help with my mother in law. The care we used was excellent. In 2022/3 my father in law was diagnosed with Dementia. The Jenner Court manager and staff have gone above and beyond to help with his care needs which have been a life saver for the family. My mother moved into Jenner Court nearly 7 years ago and immediately enjoyed the social life and the welcoming atmosphere. As she has got older, she has needed more care, which has been provided by the team at Jenner Court. We cannot fault the care she is receiving- the carers are all kind, caring and respectful, and I feel confident that she is in the best of hands. Jenner Court has provided very adequate supported living for my mother who is in her late 80s. They kept her safe over Covid and have provided a good level of service in the years following despite the shortage of staff in the care sector. More recently, they have greatly improved the catering offer, which remains based on fixed sittings with a limited choice of menu.
