We were really happy with the original installation but the after care is awful. Can’t get hold of anyone even though cracks and holes appeared within 3 months of it being done. And part of it wasn’t sealed properly. 2 years later and I’m still chasing and trying to get advice on what to do next and how to fix some areas that have completely worn away - only to find the number is out of service and I can’t reach anyone. An expensive mistake!!!!
DO NOT USE JENFLOW COMPANY NO LONGER TRADING AND DO NOT RECIEVE PRODUCTS!!!! USE JOFA RESIN OR XPS MUCH BETTER

They advertise that they are selling rivedil products, but once ordered, they bring a different product of their own brand. I have been trying to contact them for a week, but it is impossible to get them to answer the phone. Can't even return the product for a refund they don't have any options for it
