Jenny was fantastic from start to finish and really cared about the design of our garden, coming up with some great ideas, spending the time needed to make sure we were happy with the design before proceeding. Jenny was very responsive and engaged throughout the whole build phase and was always on hand to resolve any questions as the build progressed. Great experience working with Jen, extremely thorough and very positive attitude! She rethought and redesigned our house frontage to make better use of the space. Jen produced some amazing CAD type designs to help us decide the best approach and worked with our builders on site.
Jen was great to work with from the outset. We spoke over the phone initially then she visited us to get a feel for us and our garden before providing a quote for her services. She had lots of excellent ideas for design and really listened to what we wanted. She was professional throughout, very responsive with quick turnaround times and also flexible to our changing requirements. I would definitely recommend using Jen.
