I had solar panels fitted a few years ago and Jem Energy did a fantastic job, I recently had a leak in my house and I wasn’t sure if it was coming from my roof or cladding, either way I needed the solar panels removed, I contacted James and without hesitation he arranged to come over and see what he could do to help, I have an annoying conservatory in the way so I required scaffolding he arranged the scaffolders and went out of his way to help me to minimise my stress, when they removed the panels they found a birds nest so ... read more
After sales service excellent. My system was installed a few months ago. Jem Energy were excellent throughout. I recently needed support with WiFi connection. Tony was so helpful and supportive. Old fashioned service with a smile. Thank you
JEM installed a GivEnergy battery system and car charger for us. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and the job was done exactly as promised. Very happy to recommend them.
