It’s been easy and quick from the beginning. We’ve had a bad experience with another company but JEL have done an excellent job installing our solar panels and battery. Both Alex and HJ have been super helpful in advising us and making sure everything runs smoothly. Every single worker did a very clean and professional job and they were incredibly friendly.
Alex and his team are very knowledgeable and ensure that the system will be suitable for your needs. The installation team did a very neat and efficient job on an awkward installation.
Excellent team of professionals from the first inquiry to the installation. We primarily dealt with Alex who couldn't of been more helpful anytime we had questions or concerns. The work by the engineers was completed very quickly (less than a day) to a very high standard and were a joy to deal with. Had my solar panels installed last week and the whole experience was fantastic. Very friendly knowledgeable team, Alex always kept me up-to-date and the installation team worked hard and left everything tidy. The lead time was only a few weeks, installation took a day and price was competitive. After an only very slight delay of a few days they came out on the bank holiday and worked hard to make up for it. Very pleased with finding such a friendly, local company and would highly recommend.
