First time at the car wash today. I had a coupon for dollars off the ultimate II wash, which was listed on the website as 25 dollars but listed at the shop as 27 dollars. I chose not to address this. I planned he ultimate II wash and a rug cleaning of all the carpets, which per the website AND the signs at the shop are "$10 dollars for all"..?? They curbed my wheel, and said it wasn't their fault. They were very rude, and unprofessional. While I was there they damaged another vehicle also.
Im not that picky and this use to be a great place to go,but recently it seems they rush the cars through. I shouldn't have to pay $24 then go home and wipe down my car.
Ripped the back panel off of the driver's seat sand didn't tell me. We went to put our kids car seats back in and the panel was shoved under the seat. They even went so far as to vacuum up some of the plastic fasteners they dislodged. Awful.
