Visited Jeff's yesterday to get my truck washed. I asked to borrow a broom to sweep out the bed. Manager snapped at me and asked me to leave. I went to Mr. Sparkle on Southland drive. They gave me a broom and thanked me with a smile for getting the sawdust cleaned out. I gave them a big tip.

just went to Jeff’s and was refused service because my car was “too muddy” — (it’s not bad at all )I go to Jeff’s regularly and always get the most expensive package. Not anymore. I can’t believe a car wash that won’t wash a dirty car. That’s LITERALLY their job.

I definitely would recommend. but if I had to change one thing, I would like for them to use some window cleaner without ammonia in it. although it does leave a streak-free shine, it also turns window tint purple when used excessively.

I have been a loyal customer for years, and they always do a great job....well that was until today. I always pay for the ultimate 2 and I pay extra because I have a mini van, so I can make sure my inside and out is clean and I have alot of kids. Today the whole back wasn't vacuumed and the front console was overlooked! I pay alot in my opinion and they weren't even busy because I drove right up without any cars in front of me...Hopefully the next time I go nothing will be overlooked 😏
These are the rudest group of people! I’d rather drive a dirty car than deal with them again.
