RecommendedBest car wash ever. They consistently do a superior job inside and out on my vehicle. What a nice touch to provide a valet towel on the ground so your feet are dry when you step into your car. Very hard working and polite staff. When we travel to Lexington from WV we always leave time on our schedule for a Jeff’s car wash.

They didn't wipe the inside door pocket out, didn't even seem to vacuum them. There was still a mess on the steering wheel that is one of the reasons I took it in. When I asked and tried to point it out they acted like they didn't hear me or understand me and was too busy getting started on the next car. They used to be awesome and had someone that sat in the car to ensure quality control but I guess that doesn't happen anymore.
They left behind a lot of dirt in the floorboards (which I seen was a common complaint in the other reviews). They also just absolutely did not touch the interior next to the gearshift. I got the $22 package and I might as well spent the money and got the stuff to do it myself because I had to come home and redo it anyway.

I've always have a great experience, but I've noticed when they are extremely busy the quality of work isn't as good. One would think when your staffed with that many employees and that many working on your vehicle the quality would be better.
