Never again will I go to Jeff’s! It use to be the best! I had to wipe off the insides of doors, the console I will have to clean when I get home, as well as the dash. The seats needed wiping off, the man said they don’t do that, that’s the car wash that you have to pay $100.00 for. I mean seriously, wiping seats off , you only get that where they detail cars ? The man was rude that I talked too, no thank you !
I paid $30 for the ultimate 2 and might have gotten better results from my 12 year old for half the price. Lots of grime left in all of the cup holders and door handles. No effort made to clean the floor around the gas and brake pedals. About half of my dash looked dusty and they forgot my air freshener. The outside was passable. I’ve had great results in the past, but today I feel like I was robbed.
Best car wash in Lex. They pay attention to detail. Folks that work there take pride in the finished product.
I went to get my husbands construction truck cleaned. We made sure take everything out before going. They did a horrible job cleaning the windows and vacuuming. So my self and husband try talk manger.The front desk Daisy wouldn't let us speak and was very rude. Then this morning the manger called me Eugene and he wasn't all that nice either. Sadly I have to give it at 1 because my car never got all the way cleaned and it has some kind of rubbery scuffs on it and i had the ultimate 2 done. And I had to tell the woman to give my air freshener really.
Been a customer for a long time. This time got a cracked windshield on my new 2018 Jeep, and a half cleaned car. It has gone down hill the last few times I have gotten my car washed.
Great customer service, staff are always friendly, professional and very detail in what they do... They take pride in their work.
Rear windshield wiper completely broken and hanging off the attachment. They claim it was "already broken" Funny, it worked fine yesterday.
