They need to take responsibility for a friends car that had a huge paint spot stripped off the hood of the vehicle!
For 30.00 they didn't clean all windows or vacuum very well.... Didn't use armour all or wipe off inside very well either...
After being forced to pre-wash my vehicle, and spray out the bed, Jeff’s was unable to wash and clean my vehicle to meet my standards. With purchase of the “Ultimate 2” I would expect the full exterior to be clean, as well as the interior of the windows and the floors to have been cleaned. My business will be taken elsewhere.
Might as well throw $30 out your window. Your car won’t look any better after you left. They don’t care. ‘Manager on lunch’ at 3pm. Avoid at all costs.
I have a brand new car and had my dogs in it once. So there was some hair in it. They did a good job. I watched the entire time working hard on the car from station to station. I got the ultimate for $24. When I got in the car, it was very clean with some minor hair still left on the seats. Over all I was satisfied with the quick time it took to clean my car.
So very disappointed... We have always gone to Jeff’s, but no more. Yesterday not only did they not vacuum the seats, they did not wipe down the doors, nor did they lift the rugs up to vacuum. As we were leaving we noticed the key was missing, unable to find it we turned around and went back. Eventually they found it under our cup holder (oh btw they didn’t clean that either.) Never again!
